What are the effects of LED beads on full-color LED displays

We all know that LED lamp beads are an important part of LED display screen, so what impact will different lamp beads have on the display screen?

1. The large screen of led can be viewed from a visual angle. 

The viewing angle of the LED display depends on the angle of view of the LED lamp bead. 

At present, most outdoor led displays use a horizontal viewing angle of 100 °. 

The vertical angle of view is 50 °oval LED lamp beads, and the indoor LED display screen chooses 120 °patch led lights both horizontally and vertically. 

Because of its particularity, the display screen on the highway can usually have a circular led bead with a viewing angle of 30 °. 

Displays on some tall buildings require a higher vertical perspective. 

The angle of view and brightness contradict each other. 

A large angle of view will inevitably reduce the brightness. 

The choice of perspective needs to be decided according to the specific application scenario. 

2. Brightness. 

LED brightness is an important determinant of display brightness. 

The brighter the LED display, the greater the current margin. 

LED lamp beads have different angle values. 

When setting the brightness of the chip, the smaller the angle is, the brighter the LED display is, but the smaller the viewing angle of the display screen is. 

Usually you should choose a 100-degree LED bead to ensure that the display has an adequate angle of view. 

For displays with different point spacing and different viewing distances, a balance should be found between brightness, angle and price. 

3. Failure rate. 

Because the full-color display screen consists of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of red, green and blue LED pixels, the failure of any one color LED will affect the overall visual effect of the display. 

In general, according to industry experience, the failure rate should not be higher than 3Gram10000 (failure caused by the led bead itself) 72 hours before the start of assembly and shipment of the led display. 

4. Antistatic ability. 

Led lamp bead is a kind of semiconductor device, which is sensitive to static electricity and can easily lead to electrostatic failure. 

Therefore, the anti-static ability is very important to the service life of the display screen. 

In general, the fault voltage of led lamp beads tested in human electrostatic mode should not be less than 2000 volts.
